Step 2: Take one cord and fold it in half. Knot the folded end to create a loop.
Step 3: Insert the loop through the bottom of the flip-flop strap, and pull the loose ends through the loop.
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 with 4 to 5 more cords, making sure to keep them evenly spaced and taut.
