Touch the inner cavity of the shoe with your hand to see if there are any uneven places inside the shoe and on the insole.

Pinch the heel with your hand to see if it is stiff and elastic. The stiff heel should not have any signs of depression; below the ankle, it should be elastic and not loose; otherwise, it will hurt the ankle.

Press the insole at the waist to see if it is stiff. The insole is the trunk and skeleton of the shoe. Press hard when the insole is completely immobile.
Place the shoe on a table or glass plate at will to check whether the shoe is stable; when placed on the table, the left and right shaking should stop immediately. Insert the tip of the middle finger under the sole to check the height of the inward tilt of the toe.

Hold the shoe in your hand to see if the sole is in contact with the heel. Gently lean the sole and heel against the side of the table or counter.
Lay the shoe flat on the table and check the alignment from front to back. First, from the front of the shoe, look at the inner and outer edges of the sole away from the upturned table size, which should not have a big impact on maintaining balance consistency.

Again, from the heel of the shoe forward, check that the heel is vertical and not tilted inward or outward.
Stand on the outside of the back of the upper with your index finger. Look at the height of the outer ankle.
From the top, check the symmetry of the upper components and whether the outline of the top of the shoe is distorted.
