How to deal with smelly feet in winter
1. Wash feet with rice vinegar
When washing your feet, add 10 to 15 milliliters of rice vinegar to the water, mix well, then soak your feet for about 15 minutes, once a day, for three to four days, and the foot odor will disappear.
2. Wash feet with salt and ginger water
Put an appropriate amount of salt and a few slices of ginger in hot water, heat for a few minutes, wash your feet when they are not hot, and rub them for a few minutes, not only to remove foot odor, but also to feel relaxed and relieve fatigue.
3. Soak your feet with tea
If you add 25 grams of tea leaves and a small amount of salt to the foot-washing water, soak your feet in the water, and scrub them repeatedly for 5-10 minutes, the smell of sweat can be eliminated.
4. Wash feet with kudzu root powder.
Grind 15 grams of kudzu root into powder, add 15 grams of white wine, and add appropriate amount of water, decoct the medicine and wash your feet once a day for a week to remove foot odor caused by foot sweat.
