Sand bottom material:
1. Natural leather: The soles are mainly cowhide. The sole is made of cowhide. Thickness is 4-6m/m. Leather is a finer leather fiber, but it can only be used for about half a year. The price is relatively high. The advantage is that it is easy to set up. It does not change shape, fits well, has good elasticity, can reduce impact and is not easy to fatigue, is breathable, moisture-absorbing, fluorine, etc., and is easy to process, so sentences can be presented beautifully. The only drawback is that it is relatively heavy.
2. PVC bottom: It can be divided into injection molded PVC bottom and handmade bottom. Easy to slip and not wear-resistant. It's not easy to shape with your hands. The styling lacks beauty and salinity. The biggest advantage is that it can be mass produced.
3. EVA soles: The quality is easy to process, not wear-resistant, and not oil-resistant.
4. Rubber sole: heavy in weight and not resistant to oil. The adhesive surface must be thickened when forming the sole, and it is easy to shorten when heated. Colors are inconsistent.
5. Raw rubber sole: heavyweight, more responsible, not resistant to oil and heat. Easy to change color.
6. Wooden base and cork: light weight.
7.PU bottom: light weight and good elasticity.

Upper material:
1. Natural leather: There are many kinds of leather, such as snakeskin, sheepskin, pigskin, sharkskin, deerskin, reptile skin, horsehide, etc.
Generally, natural leather has good properties such as softness, non-wear, moisture absorption, moisture absorption, and heat preservation. The single biggest drawback is the lack of sources, difficulty in purchasing, inconsistent colors, and difficulty in cutting, sewing, and matching. In addition, the extension is larger than that of ordinary shoe materials, and the price is also high.
2. Various types of PVC leather: It is the most commonly used raw material for plastic footwear. It is characterized by large size, relatively consistent color, and easy control of production quality. Its disadvantage is that it is not breathable and non-absorbent. It is hygroscopic, cold and brittle, and easily deformed. Its elasticity is smaller than natural leather, but larger than PU leather. Black leather absorbs heat easily and has low heat resistance. The price is lower.
3. Various PU leathers: between natural leather and PVC leather, slightly breathable and hygroscopic, with large production capacity and easy production, but not easy to shape or deform. There is very little stretch.
4. Various types of canvas: This type of shoe material generally needs to be coated with resin to reduce the width when fitting. It is characterized by good softness, but it is not hygroscopic, airtight and has high elasticity. Colors are inconsistent. White canvas easily turns beige when exposed to heat. For general vulcanized sports shoes.
5. Various tail dragon cloths: This kind of shoe material is widely used in sports shoes. It is light weight, good softness, heat preservation, slightly airtight, and hygroscopic.

 

Inner material:
Microfiber leather: has excellent wear resistance, excellent cold resistance, breathability, and aging resistance.

1. The customer provides pictures, drawings or samples of the required sandals, and informs the quantity, size, delivery time and other requirements.
2. The factory confirms the quantity, delivery date, logistics method, invoice and price according to customer requirements.
3. The customer pays the advance payment, and our factory arranges production and communicates with the customer after the first finished product is completed. After the customer confirms the first finished product, our factory arranges mass production.
4. After the factory completes production according to customer requirements, it will notify the customer to inspect the goods or inspect the goods through pictures or videos. After passing the inspection, the customer pays the balance and our factory arranges delivery.
