What are the manufacturing processes of shoes?

According to different shoemaking processes, shoes can be divided into adhesive shoes, seam shoes, molded shoes, vulcanized shoes, injection shoes, etc.

The adhesive shoe process is also called the cold adhesive process. my country has been producing adhesive shoes since the 1950s. Adhesive shoes are made by cold-bonding the soles and uppers with an adhesive and then mechanically pressurizing them. It is an important footwear variety newly developed in Fujian since the reform and opening up.

Seam-stitched shoes use thread to sew the upper and sole together. It is a traditional production process. There are three main sewing methods: transparent seam, pressure strip and seam strip. The through-seam type is also called the single-soled type. The pressed type uses the sole leather welt to sew the upper surface between the welt and the outsole; the seamed type uses the welt to stretch the upper on the insole and then sew it with the welt. The process is complex and is mainly used for high-end shoes.

Molded shoes are shoes produced by the molding process, and are divided into two types: upper shaping and upper molding. The rubber outsole is used to bond the outsole and upper by using the rubber flow and mold clamping pressure generated during the vulcanization process of the mold. Craft method together. It is characterized by a certain degree of insulation and good moisture resistance.

Vulcanized shoes are shoes produced using a vulcanization process. They are vulcanized under temperature and pressure, giving the upper and sole high strength and elasticity, and firmly combining the two. Its characteristic is that the upper and bottom are firmly combined, which is not only durable and low-priced, but also has a certain waterproof function.

Injection-pressed shoes use injection-pressing technology, and the sole-making process is roughly similar to the molding process. It is characterized by high production efficiency and low cost, and plastic is resistant to oil and insulation. The pressure of normal movement cannot exceed this pressure, so it is not easy to open the mouth. The injection molding process is suitable for the production of shoes for civilian, travel, and labor protection purposes.
